Great location, family friendly

We had a great experience at this property! The instructions for finding the parking garage, as well as getting into the building and condo were very detailed and accurate. I appreciated all the information as well. The condo itself was clean and had a great view of the mountains. It was perfect for us and our 1-year old. The separate bedroom was helpful for him to go to sleep before us, and we were able to enjoy sitting on the balcony or in the living room in the evening. There were also various additions specific for children such as high chair seat and plates/utensils (all in good condition). The location was great... within minutes to the grocery store, coffee, shops, and many restaurants. The only complaint we had was that it was pretty warm inside while we were there, even with the air conditioners running. It did cool things down overnight when we opened the windows, but sometimes took awhile to get to that point so made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Larry was very helpful throughout the process - very responsive to emails/messages. I sent him a message while we were there, and he called me within a few minutes to follow up. Overall, a great stay!

Great Condo in conveniet location

Excellent Condo, better than we anticipated everything we needed. Kitchen well set up with equipment and staples to be able to be self suffient if you desire. Nothing we could fault...had an awesome stay. Supermarkets, restaurants, liquor stores within short walk and also beautiful canmore shopping centre. The weather closed in while we were here and we couldn't ask for a better place to be stuck inside great view of the mountains in this cosy warm condo. Lots of choices of entertainment, games, movies and the beautiful rooftop spa. Thanks Larry from Jo (nz) and Joan (aussie)

Property location was excellent, close walk to everything. Great mountain views from the top floor. Heated garage was a nice surprise. Kitchen fully equipped. Only downside was that both beds were uncomfortable. Overall, would highly recommend.

Stunning views

Larry was very accommodating with his condo. Shopping is within walking distance. Loved the underground parking. The town is very cute and everyone in it is very nice and willing to answer questions on where to go and what to do. Would definitely stay here again!.

It was great! The one thing that I wasn’t clear when booking -upstairs room is kinda open space - the light from downstairs would disturb your sleep. The greatest thing for us was - the condo has bed safety rails for kids. Location and the window view is awesome !

Wonderful place, amazing location

Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing! The hosts communicated with us when needed and kept us updated with changes. The space is really amazing - super open concept so it was easy to all hang out together and enjoy the big mountain views. Save on is super close, making it convenient for those last minute dinner shopping needs. The hot tub on the roof was the cherry on top of the cake! We definitely recommend staying here.

Great place and amazing location

We really enjoyed the stay checkin and checkout process are extremely simple worked perfectly. Air conditioning could have been better as it’s summer it was really hot inside the unit . Other than that it a perfect location and well suited for our family . Will definitely recommend and consider this place again.

Prime Canmore Location

We enjoyed staying at this property quite a bit. It’s clean, spacious, well-equipped and convenient to everything Canmore offers. There is plenty of nearby shopping and great views from the condo. Parking onsite is very easy. If you want to visit Lake Louise, it’s a good hour but quite a pretty drive. You can also see local wildlife by taking a drive on nearby Spray Lake Road.

Very convenient. Safeway nearby with fresh bread at 8 AM. Everything worked except the bbq burners would only slightly light, not enough to use. Also we could not figure out how to see a DVD, and the owner instructions to renter were sometimes inaccurate and maybe for a different property. Also would have been nice to have a Listing of available TV channels. None of these were a big deal to us.

All was really good. Easy access to all the sites and skiing. The only problem we had was the heat in the main living area wouldn't turn off. Probably a bad thermostat. Being an Electrician I just turned off the breaker. Nice place!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

As some earlier reviews stated, the property is not new, but it is well-maintained and clean. The instructions for check-in were very clear and we had no trouble with anything our entire stay. We appreciated the location as well, as it is a few minutes' walk from grocery stores and downtown. We stayed here for a weekend with our son and daughter-in-law and it was perfect for two couples. One of our highlights, was waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains.

Good Location, Thin Walls!

First the positives: the location is awesome. Stores and shops nearby and easy access to lots of parks and outdoor activities. Underground parking was convenient, and the host was responsive while we were there, but unfortunately would not stay in this building again. We learned while staying there the building has many rentals units, and unfortunately across the hall a large group rented side by side condos and had a giant party late into the night. The walls are paper thin in the building. It resulted in the cops being called and harassment from the neighbhours after the incident. From the upstairs loft the walls shook and vibrated from the neighbhours music. You can hear everything clear as day due to the thin walls. Also the unit must be under the hot tub as you can hear noise in the ceiling from people walking around up on the roof. The condo is a two story loft style, so the heat rises upstairs into the second “bedroom” making it uncomfortable at night for sleeping. But if you want the downstairs warm, you have no choice but to heat it. The unit is definitely showing its age. Ex: the stove controls have been put back on with a label maker and the overall condition of the condo is average. The bathroom is small and clumsy; the door opens in so you have to manoeuvre around to get out of the bathroom every time. The host made promises of trying to get a partial refund from the other noisy unit’s security deposit due to the noise and police being called, however after our stay the communication ran dry and we’ve never been updated. I really hoped the host would’ve made more to efforts to compensate us due to the inconvenience and loss of enjoyment, but it never transpired. Loved Canmore but wouldn’t stay at this property next time!

Mountain Christmas

Well stocked kitchen. We cooked a whole roast dinner and had all the pots and pans we needed! Cozy space, great table for meals and board games, quiet building, easy access to amenities, close to groceries and a 5 minute walk to Main Street, big windows with mountain views, enjoyed the bbq. Too bad the hot tub was unavailable but our family had a wonderful Christmas getaway in the mountains!
