Brand new apartment with charming fully applianced kitchen; living room with pullout couch, TV, eating area; bedroom with queen bed; upscale bathroom with shower; deck overlooking the Farmington River and Rails to Trails. Nicely decorated with hardwood floors throughout.
Guest access:
Stairs from your parking spot lead to your deck (what a view!) and entry in to your apartment. None of the space is shared with anyone else. It's all yours!
