Bayfront Home Featuring Private Beach Access in Bay Creek!

The Alexander Lee is a luxurious custom built Bayfront home offering modern features mixed with timeless design, idyllic views of the Bay and private beach access are some of the many features of this home. With open concept living the first floor boasts a built in bar, a modern kitchen with granite counter tops with an extra commercial sized 2 door side by side fridge/freezer with a large ice maker in the bottom for all your entertainment needs as well as a large dining table for your family gatherings. The living room with a large, mounted TV over the fireplace also has a large sofa that can also convert into a queen bed and the view from the porch is amazing, outdoor living at its best. If you need more space the office can also convert into a queen bedroom! After a long day at the beach or golfing, you can come home remove their sandy clothes pop them in the washer, wash off in the shower making it easy breezy!

The second floor has an additional 4 bedrooms, the large master suite with king bed, fireplace and a luxurious master bathroom with a large shower and stand-alone tub. This rooms opens up onto a balcony where you can relax and drink your morning coffee or a glass of wine and watch the sunset. A room with two twin beds and one with 2 sets of bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin on the top are separated by a jack and Jill bathroom. And finally, the bedroom with a queen bed and beautiful en suite bathroom!

Moving onto the third floor with its balcony boasting breathtaking bay views with a large couch that opens up into a queen bed and a large, mounted TV, bar area and another full bathroom with large walk-in shower.

This custom house is a must rent with its attention to every detail will make your vacation one to remember!

The first floor layout is spectacular for families and gathering, and the location on the private beach is ideal. The house was lovely. The process was easy and the accommodations were great. The one negative is that the house had an extreme amount of fruit flies and gnats in the kitchen the entire stay making it difficult to cook and enjoy the kitchen area, they were everywhere despite keeping doors closed and food covered. Other than that, we loved the home and would definitely stay again!!

When we first arrived I was completely enamored with the property. I noticed a few fruit flies as I walked through the kitchen but didn’t think much of it at the time. At this point we had not brought any of our own food into the house as we had not gone shopping yet. After bringing our food in, the kitchen became inundated with fruit flies. We didn’t leave anything out and put everything in the refrigerator. I contacted management the next day as it was starting to really impact our stay. I was told that there was a blue light in the kitchen to help. Upon checking that blue light we found it was over saturated by fruit flies. It clearly should have been changed prior to our arrival. They offered to come and spray but at that point it would have been disruptive and seemed pointless. It completely interfered with our ability to enjoy food or even have a glass of wine as they would swarm. They swarmed around our children’s fruit boxes and food. Disgusting. I no longer spent time in the kitchen and we decided to eat out for all of our meals. In addition, the property indicates that there are 3 King beds. In reality there are no king mattresses. Every king that they listed was actually two twin beds pushed together. And because of that, completely uncomfortable. Although I loved the house and its appearance, I would never rent this house again for the above reasons would
