Summary:
Luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Luxury home in the heart of Capitola Village! Enjoy a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard with a hot tub. With 2 free reserved parking spots on site, you're steps away from restaurants, shops, entertainment, and just a 2-3 minute stroll to the beach!

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests
- 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, & a twin trundle bed
- 3 bathrooms
- 2 reserved parking spaces. There is room for one car to park in the garage, and one car to park in the driveway. We also provide 1 parking permit. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to find parking during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with hot tub, firepit, & BBQ

Note:
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- Hot tub use & outdoor activities are prohibited during the hours of 9PM-8AM

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, except the for a closet that is reserved for owner's storage.

Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- Capitola Beach (3 minute walk)
- New Leaf, Whole Foods, Safeway, Trader Joes (5-10 minute drive)

Other Things to Note:
- We have security cameras that monitor the perimeter of the property, including the backyard and hot tub area.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Capitola. It is in a fabulous location. My son and DIL and our three grand children had a wonderful time here.The host is exceptional at communication and the home is extremely well provisioned. Checkout was a breeze. We highly recommend this VRBO!

The kitchen had almost everything we needed! A big frying pan would have been very useful!The house was VERY clean and had good space. The only issue we had was the two queen beds which were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great!!!!

Location Location Location!

This stunning property is literally steps from Capitola village and a few minutes walk to the beach. I brought my daughter and her friends here for a special bday celebration and the space was perfect! Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, modern design. Really well cared for property. The hot tub was a bonus! We'll be back!

Perfect!

This home was just perfect for our family. Our group included my husband and I and our 4 grown children and our 1.5 year old granddaughter. The bedrooms were ideal for our group. We were visiting for a Celebration of Life for our sister, in Santa Cruz. This home allowed us to gather for meals as a family. So much better than a hotel. The beautifully appointed kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. We had some of our local family for dinner and they were so impressed with the home. Highly recommend. Super location to walk to so much in Capitola.

Had the best stay!

We had stayed at this location for a week for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The house is only a few feet away from the capitola village. We would always walk around the village and the house was so cozy and just perfect location. My husband and I would say the only thing we would want to tell other guests is that we have a large SUV and the garage was too small to fit our vehicle into. It did fit in the driveway but if you plan on driving your larger car you may have to use the parking pass they give to go to the parking lot up the street. Other than that this location was amazing and plan on renting here again in the future.
