Everything at 165 Sping Street was perfect. Clean and all the amenities you need for a super enjoyable stay in Charleston. Bad Bunny coffee house is a short walk away and is super. The location vibe is really chill and very local but not far from the tourist areas

A bachelorette party would feel reasonably at home here. I can say that with confidence as you will be surrounded by them almost exclusively here. It’s very loud, both as a result of never ending traffic playing music throughout the night and girl parties coming, going, drinking, arguing, etc. Parking is snug as a bug, requiring 47 point turn abouts to get into and out of spots. The dishwasher doesn’t work and the faucet squeaks loudly everytime it’s used (strangely). There’s one wine glass and no bottle opener. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful beach house

This house on Folly Beach was beautiful. From the deck, we watch surfers, beach comers, dog walkers, turtle ecologists, joggers and sun soakers play on the beach. We enjoyed the slow pace of island life and felt like a local in this lovely house. You can tell the person who owns this house loves it and wants you to love it too.

Weekend Family Getaway

We had a great time sightseeing in the historic city of Charleston. We had a car so it was very convenient to have parking on site. The beds were comfortable and having a pull out sofa worked out great for our teenage sons who wanted more space etc.. The Duvet team was very responsive and location was easy access to all the sites in downtown Charleston and in the surrounding areas.

Fun weekend!

We loved our stay. The only draw back was that it was loud at night....helicopters and sirens. We love the location as we were there to tour College of Charleston and was able to walk back and forth to campus. We loved the Vietnamese restaurant across the street! Bon Bahn Mi

We stayed in the Elm St. Suite for three nights and were very happy. Good location.

The apartment was very clean. Only issue was no ice trays and no linens for pull out couch, but that's an easy fix. I would return to that apartment for sure.

Had a wonderful visit to Charleston! The property was exactly like the photos.

Nice property and very clean. Good for a long weekend. Unit B and C are upstairs so if steps are a problem request a lower unit. Spring Street can be a little busy but the noise did not bother us. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more towels.
