There needs to be a sign at the back door notifying people that there is a step down to go outside. The stay was basically good--except for falling down the stairs!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, but in our room the front door weather stripping was shot and cold air came in at a good pace, and the heating system had trouble keeping up. Water was hot with decent pressure and towels were adequate. Decent breakfast set up.

I always book this hotel when I’m flying out of Burlington. The shuttle is convenient at all hours and the charge to park long term is very reasonable. The adjoining restaurant is excellent though closed on Mondays.

My bed, linens, and the entire room smelled like someone who hadn't showered since 2025 had stayed there last. However, when I checked in, it was after 11 p.m. and I was exhausted sonI didnt bother requesting a new room. Febreeze exists for type of situation, for future reference.
