The place was very cut and clean. The property manager was responsive and friendly. And they left snacks which was very much appreciated. But we did have a few small issues.One is that we could hear a lot of what was going on in the place upstairs in the evening. We could hear them talking, and the TV show they were watching, which had something loud that sounded like shooting scenes. Luckily this didn't last long. My kids were also being a bit loud, and I was worried they could hear us as well. Two is that it was a little too cold in there during the day (in March). You cannot control your own temperature. The manager said they would ask the people upstairs to turn it up, but that they always left it at 75 degrees. (I think to indicate they already had it up pretty high). Which led me to believe that there is not a split system, where the bottom level can be a different temperature than the top. So even though it may well be much warmer in the higher level of the house, the bottom definitely was not feeling like 75. So that is frustrating because I am sure the folks upstairs don't want to alter their own temperature either. And three, there was not a plug-in in the bathroom. Maybe I missed it, but I looked everywhere. I curled my hair in another room instead. Not a huge deal, but maybe worth noting for some people.
