I stayed there during a layover overnight and was booked in the furthest room from the concierge. When I got to my room my card didn’t work. Because it was late, I got put into a crappier room than i had booked

Hallways smelled like Mary Jane. Completely outdated it was like traveling back in time to the 80s and I don’t mean that in a good way rooms were cleaner in a motel 6 my flight got canceled and had to stay over night and I picked this hotel the ratings it has didn’t make sense it’s 2 star hotel at best while waiting in front for the airport shuttle 10lbs rat ran right by our feet didn’t sleep all night couldn’t wait for my flight to get out of there never staying there again.

Comfortable, affordable hotel

Solid, comfortable hotel for one or a couple of nights. Good service Not fancy, the basics, with some nice touches. This was my 3rd stay when flying out of ORD. If you're looking for a decent hotel for a price that wont shock you, this is the hotel to choose.

The property was very dated and need of serious renovations. The toilets are very low to ground. The restaurant food was delicious but the restaurant is out of the 80s, and not by design. There were NO drinks in the pantry and limited items as well overall. The furniture in the room was cheap and wobbly and no microwave or fridge in rooms. Four Points by Sheraton use to be a premier hotel, very disappointed
