"A wonderful week in Bloomsbury and we love this hotel. It is quiet and the garden is gorgeous. The kitchen is convenient, since we like to cook our own meals most of the time. Having a free washing machine to use while traveling is so much appreciated. We will stay here again! Thank you!"

"Excellent location, clean room and facilities, within 1 block of public transportation and tourist busses, pleanty of dining and 24 hour convenience shops, i felt safe with reasonable common sense in the neighborhood, and the staff is available 24/7 and was very friendly and helpful But some culture shocks that might be a surprise to the average American traveler unaccustomed to European hotels- the rooms, while comfortable and clean, are very small. Also, there are no lifts/elevators, and the stairway is steep and narrow. Plus, there is one bathroom to share per floor- it was always in immaculate condition whenever i had to use it though. I didnt have any issue myself with those, and these are the norm for affordable big european city hotels, but i can understand it might put one off if theyre not used to it. All in all, i highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again "
