Great check-in process for two of us with limited vision. Showed us our room and gave us directions to Big Bus stop, Paddington Station and nearby restaurants. Very close to Paddington Station while being near area restaurants.

Really nice family run hotel. Great front desk support. Breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast is substantial. It's an amazing location at a great price, but the rooms are very dated and very small. We could barely get our luggage in the room in a way we could still walk to the bathroom! It's good there is a lounge and bar area if you need to spread out. Having a substantial lift is helpful.

The room was very small but clean enough. A bit cold in winter. Shower’s really old and the facets could be a bit inconvenient. The location is absolutely great, which makes it worthy. Not bad for a short stay.

Very impressed with the free parking, was worried it would be full but we was lucky to get space when we arrived. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and had a decent tv. You don’t get a duvet on the beds which was a little odd but we was only there for two nights so wasn’t too fussed. The hotel is in a fab local, very close to the centre. We walked everywhere and just let the car on the cat park for our whole stay. Breakfast included is nice, however it’s only small. We are used to big plates! But it was always warm and nice. Would stay here again I think.

Room awful ,outdated,dark and in the basement view from window was a brick wall the room is none refundable because they know its terrible caused me to have a panic attack and basically run away and book somewhere else ,theyve refused a refund expedia wont help me get a refund so wont be using either of you again

The staff was great. The room was tiny, had a fire door going into bathroom with no way to heat bathroom, could bring hot food into room. Hotel was dated and run down. They wouldn’t even give us an iron to use on clothes, sent me to the basement where laundry was done. Great location, terrible hotel

The basement rooms were noisy ( creaking floors above ). Breakfast finished at 09:00 - too early when I wanted a run first. One of rooms had no heating, this was reported at 5pm, and we told them we were not back in till after 01:00. On return still no heating so my friends slept fully clothed.
