The only issue we had was ants! After the third day we asked to be moved to a different room so they moved us from a second floor room to a third floor room and the next day there were ants in that room as well.

Cleaning crew should pay attention to the walls, especially in the bathroom, elevator makes loud noise at the third floor, toilet was running water at night. I left my jacket and pants in the closet, called the hotel at 3 pm same day we checked out but the person who picked up the phone told me that cleaning crew didn’t find anything.

Lovely hotel

We came in from out of town for a 7on7 football tournament. The front desk staff and maids were very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was hot and ready to go for the guests. I would stay again at this hotel.

Tiring and uncomfortable

There was a hotel van parked long term at the check in entrance in the space where guests should normally park when checking in. This caused me to park behind it and not be able to shelter from the rain like guests should be able to do. After check in when time to bring my baggage in, no place to get the baggage cart off the sidewalk again causing me to walk out to my car and back to the cart making several trips in the rain. Once checked in and asleep I was awakened by the strong smell of marijuana. Strong enough that it woke me up. Called the front desk to make sure this was a non smoking hotel. Staff assured me it was confirmed that it was. When I told them about the smell they said they would see what they could do. Smell was there for hours and I couldn’t sleep well because of it.

Thisbwas a very nice hotel! Very clean, the staff was very nice. I really liked that i got a text thanking us for staying and telling us if we needed anything to reply to the text. That makes it so much easier while on the go in a busy city. The breakfast was very pleasant. A wide variety... something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again

Newer hotel, cheaply built. Not sleeping friendly.

Very thin walls, people jumping all around upstairs; very noisy. A/C unit under the window in room was very loud. Beds were horrible, very uncomfortable.
