Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standard expected for the price I paid. I was only able to stay for about a week, after which I chose to stay with friends instead due to the poor conditions. I checked out three days before my scheduled departure date. The hotel environment felt unsafe, with many individuals appearing to be under the influence of drugs, and the breakfast provided was far below the standard advertised and expected. Overall, the hotel quality was unacceptable. Given that I did not complete the full stay I paid for—and considering the substandard conditions—I am requesting a refund for the unused nights.

I was very confused about the parking situation. The site said public parking was $15 but I was told by staff that I had to go to my car at 7am to pay to avoid getting a ticket. The garage felt very unsafe at nightfall.

Room amenities, including bedsheets, towels and blankets are old. Hallway covered with old, filthy and smelling carpet. Room keys and elevator often times malfunction multiple times. There are good people at the front desk, but at the same time there are very rude, impatient, unprofessional front desk staff and security staff special at night. I will never ever be back to this place and will never recommend to anybody.
