Thank you so much for providing a place for us to stay as a family of five with cats and dogs that we needed to be able to keep in separate rooms. The breakfast, the pool, and the laundry were very welcome.

Great hotel

Easy check in, had a very clean from! Appreciated the staff at front desk from start to finish. Pool was in excellent condition and water perfect temps. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Very Pleasant Stay

The Home2 Suites facility was clean throughout. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. There was one issue that the television did not work. A service individual came by and stated he had to go downstairs to reboot the TV. He never came back, and I was without television service for the day. On a good note, I received chat messages from management on my arrival. I did reply and received a reply. Also, I discovered I did not have my laptop charger. I went to the front desk and asked if they could help me. Alison was very nice and gave me a charger to use. I was very appreciative of the help received.

Another excellent stay! My husband and I had a great weekend. Second time here and your front desk staff was welcoming once again. Very convenient to the beltway and in-laws with breakfast included.

Safety of the guests is a concern at this property. A random stranger banged on our door at 3 am and was yelling loudly. The phone in our room was not working. We finally got a hold of the front desk staff via our cellphone. Our concern was downplayed by the front desk staff and security was not sent out to check on the situation.
