The room was dirty, old food in the floor, shower was not clean, and door knob would came off when pulling the door closed. During booking breakfast was suppose to be included, there was no breakfast and the indoor pool was cold. The lady at the front desk ( Tina) was rude and argumentative, even my 11 year old daughter said " Wow she was mean."

The facility has the potential to be nice. Room was clean. Friendly staff, but the rest of the building & grounds need scrubbed, vaccumed, sprayed(smelled like weed), old linens remained in the hallway, etc..

This hotel has so much potential but it is really old and outdated. Carpets are stained, furniture is all scratched up, baggage carts are stained and the one i used the wheel almost fell off, refrigerator in my room did not work at all and there were no wash rags in our room. The beds were really small however they were comfortable. The girl who checked me in was extremely nice that is the only employee i really talked to.

It was decent. Be advised that the free breakfast doesn't exist during COVID times and the driver of the free airport shuttle had a tip jar. I did tip her, but it felt a bit misleading.
