The only PO problem was on the 2nd night air conditioning had issues not running right and the controls wouldn't work plus was so busy due to car show but staff was very friendly and helpful

I loved everything about my stay except the cleanliness of the breakfast area. The tables were all dirty, and I went through three "clean" plates before finding an actual clean one. The staff didn’t seem all that concerned about it. Maybe they were having a rough morning. I still would return to the property because everything else was top notch.

Our stay with the Hyatt was very pleasant. We had no issues concerning the overall stay. The only problem I had was the ideal of different staff members would charge different prices for merchandise. Some gave them away, some charged 3 for a $1 and then another guy charged the kids $6 for six blow pops and he wasn’t nice at all

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious. Our room had a “forest” view which was a nice surprise considering the area the hotel is in. The bed was a little softer than I personally like, but was cozy. The shower was amazing. The breakfast had a lot of options, but a dairy free milk option (for cereal, granola, and coffee) would be nice.

Finally, a hotel that actually had an EV charger

This property had an EV charger for both GM and Tesla. Hotels.com is not reliable when it comes to finding a hotel with a charger

Very nice hotel, wish it had basic cleaning items

The hotel was very well updated with a modern aesthetic. Our room was the suite with king bed which was spacious and very clean. The hotel did not offer any paper towels or dish detergent despite having a fully stocked kitchen. Our ac unit was broken two separate times so the room got quite hot but they sent a maintenance man to address it pretty efficiently. Would definitely stay again, but I'll bring my own paper towels and dish soap!

On our first night of our family vacation, our ac system broke down and leaked rusty water into our room and under our floorboards. Our feet, shoes and socks were all stained from the water as we walked through our room and water kept coming up through the floorboards. The manager was apologetic but couldn’t move us due to the hotel being full. We were not checked on the next day and not offered a room change throughout our stay. We continued to inspect our room and realized that there had obviously not been much cleaning to our room. Underneath the beds looked like they had been swept in several months, there was even someone else’s water bottle and used lozenge under there! All baseboards and headboards were thick with dust. There were two huge cracks running along the ceiling and the floor was so uneven you were sleeping with your feet in the air! This remained the state of our room throughout our stay. Not even a turndown!! There were many other issues but not enough space to write them all! We tried to speak to a manager as we checked out but of course none were to be found. The girl at the reception desk did inform us that a credit of $100 had been made to us as well as comping about $50 of food. For a stay that cost us near $700 that is a low shot. We were informed that to speak to any of the general mangers we would need to email them and they would contact us within a few hours as they were all in a “meeting” needless to say we have not yet heard back from anybody.

I am first time guest of a Hyatt hotel. From check-in, to the bar, to check, to help to my car…it was an amazing experience! I needed a room near an elevator for mom and that is what we got. Very spacious room, welcoming lobby and all interactions with staff were enjoyable. I will be back!

There are so many great things to say! Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, 24 hr NICE gym, very stocked and large lobby bar that was open VERY late! I have never have such a large variety of items to choose from at a continental breakfast before. Usually hotel outdoor areas are very small and awkward. Not at Hyatt! Spacious and spread out around a lot of the building, making it comfortable for multiple families at a time. It was also a large parking lot.
