We actually were put in the wrong room. I was given a key card that said room 201 but guest services said to go to room 401. The door to room 401 opened after several attempts but the next morning we were locked out. The guest service person was confused why we were in that room which i explained what happened but stated we were going to be late to an appt. They finally were able to open the door to get our car keys. In the middle of the second night, someone tried to enter our room and I was very scared. Other than the wrong room being given to us, our stay was good

Room and bathroom were very clean with newer bathroom shower. Problem with drop in water pressure during shower was reported. Also, outside freeway noise on room facing that direction was disturbing. However, staff reported that new windows are currently being installed. Friendly staff.

There were loiterers outside the front entrance of the hotel at all times of the day. The floors in the rooms were uneven, there was an odor throughout.

We stayed a few nights back and were very impressed with our room - this stay was much more average - the 3rd floor was much nicer and shad a better feel than this room on the z2nd floor!! Overall still satisfied but last stay was better!

Booked a double, (pre-paid) arrived at the property after midnight and was told they only had a king room “take it or leave it” Was told the daytime manager “might provide a discount”. The property smells, the pullout bed is FILTHY, the entire location is run down. Will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE.
