Summary:
Conveniently located within walking distance of the Arena District, Short North, and a short distance from Ohio State, this spacious condo provides plenty of room for family gatherings, football games, and nights out friends. Just a stones throw from Zeno's bar, Katalina's Cafe, and Harrison's on Third!

If your dates are booked, feel free to reach out as I own the other side of the house as well.

The Space:
This townhouse located in Harrison West/German Village provides 4 finished floors of living space. This includes a finished basement with two sleeping areas. The main level has a large family room, kitchen, and half bath with a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the third floor, and a open concept top floor containing a queen bed, twin bed, and a futon. Private backyard with fire pit and grill, as well as a beautiful shared front porch. PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in the back for at least two cars as well!

Guest Access:
Guests can enter through the front or back, parking is located in the rear.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located within walking distance of the Arena District, Short North, and a short distance from Ohio State, this spacious condo provides plenty of room for family gatherings, football games, and nights out friends. Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

Disappointing & Underkept

This listing is unfortunately inaccurate and was disappointing for our team. First of all, there are 2.5 bathrooms, NOT 3 full as the bathroom connected to the kitchen is a toilet and sink only. The downstairs bedroom "Bedroom 1", is actually an odd two rooms that are connected by a hallway. This would have been okay if it was how it was listed but we expected there to be two beds in that same room as it is listed so that kids could stay with their parents. Additionally the house overall felt underkept. The carpet NEEDS a deep cleaning. We felt like we had to clean at our arrival with at least a good vacuuming and wipe down. But only a carpet cleaner will fix all the stains and the musty smell the house had. The kitchen also felt unclean, as we needed to pre-wash dishes and cookware. It would be great for the kitchen cabinets to be organized for guests. They were cluttered with various cookware and mismatched dishes that we had to move around for cooking. The house needs some general fixes too: the back door locking from the outside, outlets that are coming up from the floor, lighting fixtures, unsteady furniture, and the window coverings in the bathrooms. The house has GREAT potential and from the listed photos seems to have once been better! If the house is better kept, it would be a great place to stay again but not in it's current state unfortunately. We did however love the living room and the location of the house in the city! Hope to see this house become great!

House was exactly as verbally described. Furniture was very dated. One bed dank completely in when sat in. Beds are not comfortable but at least everyone had one. And the rooms are very very small

Outdated and In disrepair

When we first arrived they had given us the wrong address and we couldn’t get the owner to answer his phone for the new address. Walk into the house and the living room furniture is broken, you can’t set stuf on the table because it is so wobbly. The bedrooms are small and the beds downstairs fall off their frames. Wasn’t enough blankets or towels for the group (13 guests). Overall the house would be great if it was taken care of and updated a little.
