It is very clean this is our 3rd time coming to this hotel. I mistakenly made the reservation for another date and they were able to accommodate me and my family to the desired date. Front desk is very professional and kind. We will definitely book it on our next visit.

We were a little hesitant about booking due to some of the reviews. However we did and are happy that we did. The hotel is nice, it's clean, it's quiet, ample parking, very well lit . The staff and in 3 days there were a few, they all were very nice and accommodating. Standard fare for breakfast, we had plenty, the only downside was the pool and hot tub were not working for our stay, rooms were clean, maid service was great with fresh towels, and had cleaned the room. Excellent dining options close by, over all we were very satisfied with our stay. Already going to be booking another stay in a few months.

Complimentary breakfast was mediocre with sausage gravy and biscuits daily with a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. The vent and light switch is on the same circuit in the bathroom which means when the light is on the vent is running and very annoying. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.

Room was not ready for check-in time. Reason used was shampooing carpet. Manager insisted I prepay for room in advance, which is something I have never done when traveling. When it was ready, this initial room’s carpet was sopping wet due to A/C leaking (manager was aware and put us in room anyways). When afternoon person came in we explained situation and she was kind enough to move us to another room. Coffeemaker and internet service did not work during entire staff. Morning manager shrugged that off and said his was working just fine. Lots of of persons hanging in parking lot after dark. Maybe not the best part of town. Will not stay at this particular brand of hotels again. Way overpriced for stay and lack of care for customers by manager.
