The hotel is clean but in desperate need for a complete remodel that takes it out of the 1980’s. The carpet smelled so mix I had a sore throat for days, the bathroom had stains in the shower, the shower curtain was torn, there was years old mold around the corners or the tub, the balcony door was so old it needed to be pushed to lock, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable (one of the beds had a huge indentation in the middle and I kept falling there during the night), only one outlet by the night table with an outdated clock and lamps that occasionally turned on leaving no space for phone chargers. It felt I was in a cheap motel from the 80’s. Overall cleanliness was OK and the staff looked pretty busy all the time but was friendly, and the breakfast was convenient, although the coffee leaves lots to be desired-having a Starbucks right next door made it even less appetizing.

The room was clean. The A/C was cold and quiet. We appreciated the quiet floor since we are light sleepers. The staff at check in was polite and friendly. We saw a few tiny ants on the bathroom counter. The toilet tank in the bathroom sometimes wouldn't fill up so the flushing was a little weak.

My stay was very pleasant; the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite good as well. The only downside is that the carpet has an old smell that permeates the hallways, and the facility itself is somewhat dated. However, aside from that, it is a good hotel in a great location.

Very old facility. Dirty hallways, stained carpets, Bad smells. Room was very 'tired' and years past needed updates. Upon inspecting the beds, the bedsheets had small hairs on it evident of not being changed recently since prior guests so that was last straw and we departed without staying. It is concerning that there are so many 10/10 exceptional rated reviews on the site as it is lightyears away from exceptional...5/10 would be a stretch....make sure to scroll down to the low reviews as i neglected to do that...i agree whole heartedly with the sub 6 reviews. Had i saw those reviews, i would not have reserved. The 10/10 would seem to be paid reviews of some sort. We left immediately but still trying to recover our two day payment but part of the problem is we are far away and busy and booked originally via third party. If you go, it is cheaper, but maintain low expectations. the front desk people were friendly so that garners my 4/10 rating
