The hallway leading to my room smelled like mildew The lock to my room 230 was having trouble so much so that I had to make 3 trips down to the lobby to get assistance. Thankful the represenative was able to break away long enough to help me get into my room after almost 40 mins from the time of check in. Kayla (sp?) was helpful but needed more help that night. Left a message for Art ( manager)

I was in a 2 person room facing a lake. Nice view. Breakfast was very good and the hostess was most gracious. Still, I killed a small roach in the bathroom and what appeared to be a dozen tiny ants. There seemed to be fleas in the rug and on the bed. Three bites. Might have been my fault: I had the "Do not disturb" sign up 14 of 17days. Could have requested that the rug be vacuumed. Then there is the matter of, so far, my paying twice for my stay from 1/10 to 1/24. I cancelled a first reservation for those dates and, so far, the credit card charges have not been reversed or reimbursed. The matter has been referred to Hotels.com and it is pending. I would be happy to stay there again

The hotel is old and smells musty. On top of that, you will hear noise from doors opening and closing making it hard to fall asleep.
