I'll pass next time

The service at the desk was very poor - I arrived early and the clerk greeted me rudely. She did offer a different room which I accepted. I explained that I visit the area very regularly for Family and usually arrive at the same time but this was my first time staying at that place. She seemed upset while she collected my info. I asked her why she was so angry and told her her face was red and she was slamming around. She told me she was doing me a favor by giving a different room and not charging early check in. She had not even mentioned whether there was a charge for the 12:45p check in or not. She just acted angry. It's not necessary to "do a favor" for a customer and then huff, puff and get red faced. It was very uncomfortable. I did not see another person at the desk or any other customers for my entire stay. The place appeared deserted. There was never coffee in the lobby- not in the morning, afternoon or night. The pot had an inch of left over coffee for 3 days at least. The room was nice and comfortable, the internet was good and plenty of parking.

Acceptable but needed more info

we expected some service items, at least plastic service & paper plates in the kitchen. there was a refrigerator & microwave, indicating we could at least eat in the room. no silverware or plates made that difficult. if there had been indication of this absence in the write up, we would have brought our own. there were only a few cups for coffee. other than that, the room was quite adequate.
