We were informed upon checking we had only one bed in place of the 2 beds we booked and because we booked through a 3 rd party site they were unable to further help us. Also when we went in the room it was not clean and there is a substantial amount of blood on the curtains. This just does not make me want to book here again. Front desk service and housekeeping obviously is subpar regardless how the room was booked, it is still Hyatt we are staying at.

The elevator is old and unsafe. It went to the 6th floor but didn't open, then dropped straight back to the lobby. The noise was also loud. The double bed was too short for me (I‘m 5'5"tall). My feet hung off the end, so I had to sleep curled up. Breakfast had only eggs and fried potatoes. Service was slow — I waited over 5 minutes with no help. no hot cereal and waffles. a very disappointing experience
