Perfect located home that sits between Fort Worth and Dallas making it an easy drive to both cities.

The home feature 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and smart TV's making it an excellent choice for couples, families or friends. Each room is tastefully updated with modern touches while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that make you feel right at home.

A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a gas stove. We offer a coffee bar with a keurig and coffee pot with a selection of coffees.

A full bathroom provides all the necessities needed. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels and hair dryer.

Step outside and discover a backyard retreat built for both relaxation and entertainment. Unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit in the evening or enjoy the ping pong table for a bit of friendly competition. The garage has been transformed into a fun game space with darts and a pac man arcade. Perfect for guests of all ages. New addition is a 2 hole putting green. Golf balls and putters provided.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and cozy. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub but we enjoyed the game room. Parking was a breeze even though we didn’t utilize the secure parking behind the fence we felt secure in the driveway. Great overall experience!

Host was fantastic. She was accommodating to special requests that she didn’t have to honor. The location was amazing and the kids absolutely loved in the back yard with ping pong, Pac-Man, darts, hot tub and fire pit. House was clean. Would stay again.

Cozy house for relaxing and fun

We loved the small house. It was the perfect size for just my daughter and I. The garage games where a lot of fun! Everything was very clean. My only regret is that the main reason we choose this property was for the Hot Tub and it was not warm enough until our second night. They did refund us 50 but with that being the main reason for choosing the location and planning on using it mostly the first night it was a let down. We did get to use it one time before the storm hit the second night and it was very nice just not what we had planned.
