The perfect family and friend getaway! Enjoy our spacious home. Featuring a movie room with a large projector and popcorn machine, game room including poker table, Pac-Man, ping pong, darts and basketball, and a screened in porch with hot tub and hammock! Nestled in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood that has amenities such as tennis, basketball and a playground! Each bedroom includes Roku TVs and comfortable bedding. Extra bedding for sleeper sofa is provided in music themed room closet. Dresser space and 2 closets are available for use, master closet is unavailable. Hot tub is available and heated for no extra charge. For safety purposes there are two exterior cameras. Close to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and more! A magical vacation awaits! Please note you will be provided with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2-3 trash bags depending on length of stay, coffee, creamer, sugar and enough towels for everyone in your party! Recycling pick ups are Wednesdays, Trash pick up are Fridays!

Davenport area

This home was terrific! It was nice having different spaces to hang out in. The gameroom, the movie room, the hot tub, comfy living room. We were there to go to Universal. Its unavoidable if you don't stay near a resort, but traffic was a pain (highway construction). But at the end of the day, we had a fabulous spot to come back to. I'd definitely choose it again!

R & R with the Extras

This is an extremely nice place for a group of up to 10. It has all the extras with a game room with ping pong, darts and a cool PacMan machine. Also, it has a movie room with a projector, popcorn machine and fancy seats like the Emagine theater. To boot it has a nice hot tub.When you’re taking a break from the close by attractions or on a rainy day, this is the place to be. You will love this place. Spacious house about 1800 square feet with a nice laundry room.

Excellent home for a family/friends vacation

Had something for everyone - movie room, hot-tub, recreation (ping-pong, darts, etc.), spacious, clean and close to everything. We were a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens) and enjoyed every bit of time we were at the house. Very safe neighborhood. Highly recommended. We will surely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Fabulous stay!!

This is a beautiful home. Debora was very attentive when there was a slight problem with the A/C unit. Within 30 minutes of me contacting her, the maintenance person was on site correcting the issue. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Great game room and media room. Very well appointed with everything we would need for a stay. Thank you so much Debora!!

What a lovely house! Well stocked with all the essentials. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, and well taken care of. Everything was clean and comfortable. Close to Disney. Easy check in process, Debra was very quick to respond and connect with us. We highly recommend this property and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Perfect Stay

Great place to stay with a family! The movie room and game room were fun and good to have several different spaces to spread out. The hot tub was easy to use and in a covered area. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make family meals. The communication was prompt and responsive. All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels to go around. We Definitely would stay again! Five star property!

Fantastic vacation getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Our host was prompt and very responsive to communicate prior to arrival and during our stay. Everything was as described about the property. Well kept, clean and it was nice to have initial supplies so we didn't have to rush out for the basics. Neighborhood was friendly. Enjoyed regular dips in the hot tub. The theater room was wonderful! After 30 years of rentals, it's the first time we've enjoyed a large movie screen and recliners. So relaxing! The beds were very comfortable for the entire stay - not the typical aches and pains we've had in the past at other properties. Easy access to restaurants and shopping but removed from the hustle and traffic noise. I can't say enough positive about the home and host. Definitely premier and caring about guests and home. This will be the first property we consider if we return to the area.
