This stylish place to stay is perfect for a couple and small families. Conveniently accessible to I-4 which connects to the world famous parks, shopping and beaches.
The space
This nicely decorated house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom is the master's with a queen size bed, 52 inches HDTV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a bathroom with two sinks, separate shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has also a queen size bed with closet and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds with closet. A shared bathroom is in between these two rooms. A new additional work desk area is added most recently to be able to work remotely or conduct business with privacy when inside the house.

A large living space area will greet you upon entering the house. There is a large leather sectional sofa on the left and a more comfortable 3-seater sofa on the right. A 65 inches smart HDTV can be used for entertainment.

There is a separate formal dining and a 4-seater dining set in the kitchen area. Washer and dryer is also located in the kitchen.

In the patio at the back of the house you will find outdoor furnitures for sunbathing, rest and relaxation during the daytime. Dip into the pool to cool off on hot, humid weather.
