This true all oceanfront property offers absolute privacy in a building that is key/code entry only, private underground parking and a beautiful oceanfront pool. See the blue waters of the Atlantic as you sun pool-side or from the private expansive balcony, complete with outdoor seating and TV/Cable in EVERY room. Our Horizons Condominium is located on the 17th floor in a very sought after building. Now with upgraded new HVAC system to keep you cool! Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that.

-Master Suite-The oceanfront master suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony and large windows to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the king size bed. Full bath, lighted vanity.
-Guest Bedroom 1-The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, plus a twin size roll away . **Brand new kitchen Nov 2023. **
-The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated (and has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a 55" TV with Cable.
-Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances. There are ocean views from the kitchen..
-The Balcony provides outdoor seating. You can view the spectacular ocean ,beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony.
-The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway .There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach.
-Washer/Dryer - outside condo door, shared, coin operated
- Security - video doorbell to record enters and exits.
All linens provided with extra sets additionally. We also provide beach chairs and a supply of beach towels.
PLEASE NOTE: I get many questions about the differences between waterfront, oceanfront, beachfront and oceanview. They are all directly on the water in EXCEPT for oceanview. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW.

***Balcony Construction update: Balcony repairs for the North side of the building (ours) have been completed. So the balcony will be accessible. Note however, there may be times they would need to either seal coat our balcony or find some missed damage. In which case, please do not go out if you hear drilling above. Access is at your own risk.
Additionally, there may be possible that ropes maybe hanging from outside the windows as the contractors do work. Please expect drilling noise between 8 am and 5 pm and could be pretty loud, even if they are working on the south part of the building. And there will be construction crews in the building and in the parking areas.

Conforme, grand, propre et trÚs bien équipé

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour! L’appartement est immense 130m2, les 2 chambres sont Ă©loignĂ©es (si besoin d’intimitĂ©), il y a 2 salles de bain avec 2 wc, la climatisation, et surtout tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires que ce soit pour la salle de bain, la cuisine, la plage
 Une belle cuisine toute Ă©quipĂ©e avec lave vaisselle, frigo, casseroles, couverts, assiettes et plusieurs machine Ă  cafĂ© (?) lol Il y a une machine Ă  laver et un sĂšche linge sur le palier juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’appartement. Nous avons juste eu un problĂšme de comprĂ©hension dĂ» peut ĂȘtre Ă  notre anglais moyen : les consignes d’arrivĂ©e parlaient d’une keybox et nous pensions y trouver la clĂ© pour rentrer dans l’appartement cela ne s’ouvrant pas nous avons eu une frayeur. Idem avec le mot sur la porte qui disait de ne pas aller sur le balcon car il y avait des travaux, nous l’avons pris Ă  la lettre alors que c’était uniquement quand les ouvriers travaillent. Heureusement Samir et Valerie nous on aidĂ©s. La vue est Ă©blouissante levĂ© du soleil chaque matin ! Les moins, car il faut bien prĂ©venir : effectivement tout l’immeuble est en rĂ©novation, comme bcp d’autres, dĂ» Ă  des grosses tempĂȘtes qui ont abĂźmĂ©s toute la cĂŽte, donc il y a des travaux qui occasionnent du bruit,nous Ă©tions partis quand ils attaquaient et revenus quand ils avaient terminĂ©s donc cela ne nous a pas trop dĂ©rangĂ©. Les rideaux de la grande chambre ne sont pas occultants donc le soleil vous rĂ©veille de bonne heure. Qq prises ne marchent pas.

Great stay! Our host was excellent in communicating before and during the stay. Parking was in the garage and close to the elevator. The description of the condo was spot on, and the ocean view and beach below were gorgeous. Will stay again at this condo next time we are in Daytona.

Very nice unit, convenient access to the condo and the beach. Sunrise views along with beach views were great. Clean unit with updated appliances, smart TV in the living room.Underground parking was easy to access and parked right near elevator.Samir was very responsive and also supplied us with other contacts if we needed them.We would stay here again.

Nice property and views. Downside was the master king size bed. Plus we enjoy spending time on the balcony and unfortunately the A/C air compressor is right on the same balcony we were at. Very noisy all day.

Pros: Beautiful balcony view, comfortable living room seating, covered parking, quick response from host.Cons: Building itself is very run down, on the surface it appears clean but definitely needs a good deep clean, uncomfortable master bed(sits very low to the ground for older people or those with bad knees/backs), bedrooms were so hot(80 with fans running), minimal overhead lighting-seemed very dark inside, no washer in dryer in unit (coin operated in hallway).We were aware of the construction going on at the time of booking, however it was supposed to be on the North side which wouldn't have affected us. It ended up being where we were and they would start at 7:15-3ish everyday. We have young kids so we were awake anyway. It however was very loud and you had to shout to hear eachother talk. The lift to do outside work would be parked outside of the balcony and blocking the view of the ocean. It would also be very loud while out at the pool.Overall, the pictures are accurate and the furnishings are nice but the building and bones of the unit have a lot to be desired.

Jeep Beach 2025

This is a wonderful property! We've stayed in this condominium building 3 times and twice in this particular condo. The owner responded to my messages quickly and the manager was quick to let us in the door to go up to the condo. The pictures do it no justice. It is a beautiful condo with everything you need. Close to all the beach action during this event and a few miles to the speedway. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. We will be back next year and hopefully get this condo again.

The condo was as described in the listing. Nicely decorated, and newly renovated. Communication and check in/out with the owner was super easy. The building as a whole is under construction which meant you had contrustion noise during the day. This information was passed along by the condo owner at booking. The only real downfall for the stay was the pool.was closed down for most of our stat due to a sink hole near it. Managemnet was quick to get a contractor on site to address.the issue. The pool eventually opened back up a couple days before we left. Overall, we had a great experience here.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in der 17. Etage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war komfortabel in den Schlafzimmern, dem Wohnzimmer und auch in der KĂŒche ausgestattet. Die beiden Zimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad machen es möglich, dass man auch mit einem befreundeten Paar vereisen kann und PrivatsphĂ€re hat. Wirklich großartig waren die morgendlichen StandspaziergĂ€nge. In die Innenstadt gelangt man mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch sowohl am Strand als auch an der Straße.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir geben eine klare Weiterempfehlung!!!.und wir geben eine Weiterempfehlung.

Great location

The property itself was great. The condo had a table that stained all our clothes (stain on table?). We had to purchase our own toilet paper. The master bedroom sliding door was screwed shut. Also, the sliding doors did not lock which normally wouldn’t be a problem but but try there were construction workers going up and down on a lift right outside our balcony all day. They were small things that all added up.

Nice unit, but unbearable noise

Within a day of our starting our three-week-plus stay at the Horizons Condo, the tremendous racket of workmen outside our walls, replacing windows and doing other maintenance, using loud power tools, made our stay considerably less than pleasant. Evenings, nights, and weekends provided some respite. In retrospect, it would have been appropriate for the condo to only be available after work had been completed and guests could enjoy their stay. Two non-functioning electrical outlets in various rooms forced our purchase of extension cords. Someone didn’t do their homework.
