This cozy beach & city view unit has tile floors, laminate counter-tops and a high table top made with stools for two. Refrigerator, microwave, new 2 burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, small crockpot and hand mixer gives you the ability to whip up small meals. Sitting table with four chairs included. Unit sleeps 4 and features a Queen size mattress, dresser and a pull out Full sleeper sofa for small people/kids. Stay entertained with the 40" flat screen smart TV with cable and DVD player. WIFI, linens and bath towels included. Coin operated laundry on-site. Bathroom includes a shower and a bath tub perfect for any small kiddos.



Step outside on your 8th floor balcony to watch surfers, motor enthusiasts and other recreational activities that fill this popular beach throughout the day. The Daytona Beach Main Street Pier can be seen from balcony and is within walking distance.

The property was better than described!!! View was amazing, it was panoramic. You could see the bridge coming in, Main Street in distance and the beach / ocean views were breathtaking. Room was super cute, spotless and comfy. It had everything we needed.Pool was heated and hot tub was so relaxing. The communication from property was helpful and all instructions were laid out clearly. You were given the feeling they genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay.I could go on and on with positives
.. only negative : I wish vacation didn’t have to end so soon!!

The view was nice. The building itself was ok. Old but clean. You could tell the condo was cleaned long before we got there. It’s not set up for long term. Mold in the shower, dead spider in there. Door frame coming off the bathroom door. Cabinets coming apart, hair in cabinet drawers. No broom. We have to buy a broom, matfor the bathtub, tv antenna, can opener, and a colander. TV is only Ruko, no local stations. One small pan, and it didn’t even lay flat on the burner. The can opener is rusted and doesn’t work. The baking soda in the fridge expired in 2024. I had to clean before I would unpack. The balcony and the furniture was full of bird poop. The condo needs a reeeealy good cleaning, pots and pans, and a good can opener. We stay for a month every year. I am not expecting perfection, but some tlc and cleaning is needed.
Shelf in the closet. Couldn’t use it. No hangers either

Unexpected mess

Room was terrible. Had to clean it up before we could even stay in it. Showerhead was so bad that it just trickling out. You have to stand right under the showerhead to even get enough water on you to rinse and then it was hard to do. The shower doors were just barely opening close. Nothing like it showed it was on the Internet I will never rent again.

Not that bad but

Not to bad of a stay. Our view was amazing on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony to just relax and watch everything happening below. My only complaint and it seriously sucked was the shower. It was basically a dribble out of the spout. And for it being our first time to Florida it was extremely hot and sweaty and to come back to our verbo and have to struggle to take a shower and struggle to wash soap out and off was terrible. And the tub was pretty dirty assuming because of the zero pressure to wash off.

My sister and I took both our babies here for a weekend beach trip and this place was so much fun! The view was beautiful. Super convenient to local restaurants. Access to the beach was easy and they were next to the splash pad which they loved!

March getaway

Property info was accurate and I appreciated how uncluttered it was compared to other units. However the kitchen supplies are very limited. Ex. 3 forks, no teaspoons, broken can opener, no toaster, 1 stem glass, no kitchen towel or cloth, and 1 hanger in the closet. After a trip to the dollar store, we enjoyed the rest of our time there and would consider this unit again.

Great location

Place is exactly as pictured. Spectacular view. The angle of the building allowed us to see all the north beach and pier and part of the city. We could watch the sunrise and the sunset from the balcony. Walking distance to everything. As we arrived after hours, there was not a parking permit inside the unit as mentioned on the instructions we received. But the staff on duty was very kind and promptly solved the issue. We would stay here again.

Great get away

The place was clean and tidy. We received all the information in advance on door codes and procedures for getting into the condo. There is no reception but having stayed at the building before we knew the drill. The only issue we had was our parking permit was filled out from previous renter and had wrong dates. It was a bit of confusing and frustrating having to email about the issue with worries about being charged for non emergency phone calls to manager. But luckily the resort office was open and replaced the permit. We enjoyed the trip and will definitly book this room again!

Nice spot to stay near the playground for young kids. Can lay in bed and see the ocean. Didn't get to use the pool as it was being worked on the whole month we were there, but the hottub works.

Good price

Good price and nice view. But, the ac didnt work or keep theroom clean at all. The walls had crap and dark spots all over it. And, had a terrible mold scent blowing out. The sofa day bed way old and dirty. The fridge had a horrible smell to it. The floor had not been cleaned. Their was brochure on the floor. Their was surfing stuff under the bed that recent visitors had left. The bathtub was black. I could go on. I wasnt happy with the lock code at all. And, no one TOLD ME I NEEDED A PARKING PASS TO PARK THERE!!! ID SUE YOU GUYS OF MY CAR GOT TOWED. And, you shouldn't need a key to get into the damn pool. I wouldnt stay here again. The trash chite was disgusting. And, my mom saw a cleaning lady hiding in the room next to us for hours.
