"The staff was so amenable to our needs. When I registered online, I told them that my wife and I have a difficult time walking and that we would be most comforatable with as little walking as possible. I was told not to worry, and that we would be accomodated. When we arrived, I was surprised to get the room only 4 steps from the office. But, what really helped us was the offer to keep our car next to the room in the handicapped space for our entire stay. That meant that we wouldn't have to walk down to the valet area. We were both so impressed with the service. "
