Great hotel

Great location and lovely hotel. Nice spa facilities and beach front hotel. Gluten free options available which was important. Pricey breakfast but expected for this type of hotel.

We chose Hyatt in part to obtain ‘Hyatt Points’, but for the first time in our frequent travels, they were denied because our booking was made through Expedia. As a result , we may not use Expedia in the future. Expedia did not advise us of that.

The propery is kept very well. There is a fleet of staff ensuring the grounds and pool area are kept immaculate. Always friendly service. The rooms were quite noisy and not very soundproof but that's my only concern.

A priority beyond excellent. The day were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Food was fabulous, recommend the club lounge. We had a lovely room which was cleaned to the height of perfection. Seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough. The gardens are absolutely fabulous. A minor thing, there was no lifeguard on duty, but it was the end of the low season.. overall - fabulous!!
