The property was clean and conveniently located. The room was nice etc. My problem was that I wasn't issued a keycard. When I checked in I was told by the attendant that their key card programmer was not working and I would have to be escorted to my room and then a working key would be slipped under the door when they had fixed the problem - which of course never happened. This was a very inconvenient issue, for several reasons. Upon checking out, there was no one at the front desk, even after ringing the bell and I didn't have time to wait. No apology or any communication for that matter was offered. I won't be bothering this establishment with my money ever again.

Great place to stay
This place was wonderful compared to the Marriotts and Hyatt we stayed at on this trip. Room was spacious and clean. There was hot water and nice towels. The best coffee I've had at a hotel in a long time. Food was fresh also. I'll be booking Holiday Inns from here out

It was terrible. The first room we were given had a filthy disgusting toilet full of feces that had not been flushed and quite obviously not cleaned….. the second room had splashed feces on the wall beside the toilet and a dirty towel still on the sink. Obviously no inspection happens of the room cleaning. We won’t stay here again.
