The room we rented was dirty, had not been cleaned. The chair was broken, the bed was broken, the blanket on the bed had burn holes, a hole was cut in the window screen, the roof was caving in, the smoke detector was gone, there was mustard and food spilled all over the room, the tub was broken, there was also a hole in the ceiling and broken light fixtures.

The staff was very friendly and helpful had to have my room changed due to the AC not working and then had problems with the TV in the new room no remote in the room toilet barely flushed and the blow dryer caught on fire but they were very helpful they did their best no maintenance man.smh not happy with my stay but I would stay there again due to the friendly staff.

I booked this trip months in advance. My card I used to reserve this booking was stolen so I had to turn it off. this property decided not to call me and have me send in a new method of payment but wait till I drove 4 hours there for them to tell me they canceled my booking and that the whole hotel was booked. front desk lady was a complete inconsiderate unprofessional employee. When I walked in the entry way was dirty which made me even more uneasy with my stay. the attitude and help for a declined payment was met with no heads up or warning just cancelled my room and gave it to someone else. will never stay at a place like this!!
