The helpful bellmen, the ambience and the location were amazing. Our room was very noisy as we were near the back of the bar and the mechanical areas and no hair conditioner available in the shower. I will stay again, just a different room 😄.

The ambiance of the property is superb however when I got to my room and pull back the covers I notice soaked blood stains on the comfortable and mattress cover. I was stunned and offended. How dare them rent me that room with such disturbing, nasty appearances. The price is too high for me to be dealing with such subpar living conditions.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a conference and every single staff person we interacted with was exceptional. From the folks at the door who helped us unload our bags, to Dewayne and Jason who helped us get checked in, and all of the housekeeping staff saying hello as we passed thru the halls, Cambria Detroit did the thing where they make you feel like a guest in their home. This was one of the most physically beautiful places I've stayed in and it was SPARKLING clean. Also, idk HOW they did it, but all of the lights in my room were literally the perfect soft yellow I love. The coffee shop downstairs had BANGING COFFEE! loved starting my morning with my lil oatmilk latte.

Sheets were dirty they were originally white and were yellow, it was cold, floor was dirty so dusty no toiletries! Shower was old and dingy! Staff was polite. Dining options weee limited and hallways by valet always smelled like marijuana. It was loud so many teen kids in elevator and hallways being loud and unsupervised. Main lobby aesthetic was nice everything else was not pretty or clean at all. Definitely not worth it.
