We were supposed to have a king bed, we’re given doubles. Tv didn’t work. Coffee machine didn’t work. One key card didn’t work. I didn’t complain. Just rolled with it. But then we also paid for valet and our mini van was ransacked and damaged. I had received an email saying that hotel isn’t responsible if not on property. Well we were. But then we were told that they are a different company. So nearly $400 for one night, $40 for valet. I am just sickened. I could have just parked on road and probably have had better luck. Just angry that I paid to be vandalized and seems like no one cares.
