Several reasons. Overall hotel felt dirty in common areas (lobby, elevators and hallway). Room had no soap, after first housekeeping, only one bed was made, even though two were used. Keys were programed for one day so we had to go t the desk twice to get keys fixed. At the second attempt, the front desk manager was helping someone and when it was my turn she took a phone call that last more than 5 minutes. On our last night when entering the lobby, the person at the front desk was smoking and the looby smelled like cigarettes

The staff are wonderful, but the facilities are aging. The heating system in our room rattled whenever it kicked on and ran, but the cold draft coming through the windows forced us to keep the heating unit running. Sleepless night was not what I wanted before starting our vacation. Again, staff are wonderful and the location close to airport parking is great!
