It is advertised as having a pool but the pool is never open. The air in my room was extremely dry. The bed and pillows were too mushy so it was hard to get comfortable as you kept sinking into the bed every time you tried to move.

Walked into a 45 degree room that took four hours to heat up, window sills and walls by shower are filthy, sign in elevator says no continental breakfast on fri/sat/sun but they had one, no garbage can in breakfast area, broken outlet cover in breakfast area, bottom safety handle in shower not attached, bathroom fan quit working, not enough signage in the bldg to find the lobby We stayed here one year ago and had none of these problems, they are letting it go downhill

The bed was comfortable. But the shower was not clean. There were several strands of hair in the shower. This makes me question the overall cleaning procedures. Did not use the jacuzzi tub because of this.

The hotel is actually pretty neat! The issues we ran into was just with the amenities. The continental breakfast didn’t have plates, tray for the microwave, bowls, etc. We had to eat of napkins and were there for over 45 minutes and never once saw any staff for assistance. At the pool, there were no towels.

Could have been worse.

Pro: it didn’t smell bad Con: front desk and dining area were not handicap accessible (stairs). Pro: clean bathroom. Con: no bathroom counter; sink only Pro: ample parking. Con: poorly lit parking lot. Pro: cost wasn’t too awful (I guess). Con: they wouldn’t give me a receipt. I was told to get one from Expedia because that is who I booked through (wrong: it was hotels.com). Pro: other guests were not too loud. Con: view from the window was parking lot with large equipment trailer blocking the view of most of the parking lot. Could hear everything going on in the parking lot. Pro: free breakfast. Con: one little microwave for heating frozen pancakes or frozen breakfast burrito. No cream cheese for bagels. Only packaged muffins (one flavor, you’re screwed if you have nut allergies because it was banana walnut) for danish. Breakfast was pretty meager.
