Ordering food form their in-house cafe, the order was 4 simple items, said the most, 25 minutes. 1 hour later, called front desk at least 4 times, to no answer. Went downstairs and was still cooking wings while the 3 other orders were been done, which meant all the other food was cold, especially fries were soggy... So that's the gist of it, surprised and disappointed especially the name of hotel... "
