the property was very nice and staff friendly. the website says they airport shuttle runs until 10pm but it is actually 9:30pm. My flight ran late and I got to the curb just at 9:30. Luckily the front desk conveyed several of us would be a bit late and they sent the shuttle for us.

We had a layover in Miami so we were only here one night….wouldn’t stay otherwise Reviews were very good which is why I choice it…staff at front desk were excellent! Room was fine and served its purpose. It was about 20 mins from airport so keep that in mind for traffic. We didn’t have a car and nothing was walkable so we ordered food Shuttle service….we got on the Sonesta shuttle at the airport which is NOT the correct shuttle. You need to make sure that it says Sonesta Simply Suites! Again, the hotel was fine, served it’s purpose for a one night layover but would pick differently if there was a next time

No thrills, no frills. Good value for money. I had the bad luck of getting the room in front of reception, which meant it was as loud as having the bed in the lobby itself. Very thin walls and one could hear everything.
