carpet in the hall was worn and torn. A/C blew warm vs cold, Don’t even move the cans in the fridge or you get charged for them and the front desk can’t fix it because you’ve checked out. Disappointed in a high end named hotel

The hotel room was very nice. We went to a Grizzlies game and were able to walk to the Fed Ex Forum with ease. Will definitely stay there again!!
