Our stay at the Menger Hotel was truly lovely! The adornment throughout is beautiful, the service prompt and thorough, and the easy access to the riverwalk and surrounding area was very convenient! We especially loved the servers at breakfast, so personable and kind. I recommend this place 100%!

I had no issue with the room. But not happy at all with the valet parking. I was told I could leave my car there for 24 hours. They knew I had checked in or one night. When I checked out I was told I had to take the car out by 2 pm.

"Great service and great location. The hotel was literally steps away from The Alamo. It was 2 blocks away from the Riverwalk and very safe to walk at any time of the day or night. Police patrolled this area 24 hours a day. "
