Our room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. I shared with the staff that it was my birthday and they left cupcakes and a rose in the room when we checked in. It was a lovely experience.

Great hotel suite for a quick weekend family get away. The wife and two teenagers had lots fun! Very clean suite and had no issues with our stay. Lots of stuff to do nearby: Alamo, Riverwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Was easy to get to downtown and valet parking made everything a breeze.

There was hair left in the bathtub. The TV didn’t work. Asked the desk clerk but he mumble and I couldn’t understand him. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Very dated.
