The noise in the room was so loud. You could hear every toilet and door slamming. The music from the bar was very loud and it took forever for the water in the shower to get hot. Also there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Not sure I would stay here again

The A/C was not working. The hot water was on and off hard to regulate. Had to keep asking for shampoo and conditioner because room was not clean every day. Valet park was really slow only one person and 5 of us waiting on our cars.

Excellent stay in downtown San Antonio. Very walkable location especially to the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center. Very welcoming staff. Clean room. Some outlets did not work and if you’re a light sleeper the road noise from the highway might be bothersome but overall great stay.

"This is a great off season resort (that is when we visited)! There were numerous times we had the heated pool by ourselves. We had a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen, it saved us a ton of money not having to eat out every meal. San Antonio is so built up, this was a nice respite. "

"Everything was excellent! My Fiancé and I had a blast. We loved everything about it, starting from the look and cleanliness of the hotel to the close proximity that everything was to the hotel. Again, beautiful experience. I will definitely recommend the hotel and if I ever plan to go back to visit San Antonio, I know where I will be staying again. Thank you for the beautiful experience and GOD Blessing HOOAH!"
