We love the Crocket! It is in the perfect location for San Antonio tourist. Super easy to walk anywhere. Its always clean and smells amazing throughout the hotel!

The hotel had mandatory valet that is $50 a night that they do not tell you about until you are here. No breakfast onsite but close enough to walk and get breakfast

All but one thing was excellent. We loved everything about our visit. The only disappointment was poor breakfast availability. Staff referred us to the Menger Hotel for breakfast. It was not good at all. Pancakes were from a box, eggs were from a powder, server seemed displeased with pancake order instead of buffet. Fresh squeezed OJ not available. For this level of accommodation concentrated OJ should not be served. Everything else still earns an excellent review.

Great location but is a Historic Hotel. The amenities reflect this. Unfortunately, there was no cold water to the shower. The hotel sent someone to fix and it never happened.

Great history and beautiful hotel. Central location within walking distance to River Walk and shopping. Clean, nice staff. Only problem was no self parking, Valet only and it was in my opinion over priced. 45.00 per day for my car to sit in an open parking lot that i could have driven into myself, on same grounds as hotel.
