I had no issue with the room. But not happy at all with the valet parking. I was told I could leave my car there for 24 hours. They knew I had checked in or one night. When I checked out I was told I had to take the car out by 2 pm.

Great service and great location. The hotel was literally steps away from The Alamo. It was 2 blocks away from the Riverwalk and very safe to walk at any time of the day or night. Police patrolled this area 24 hours a day.

Parking was easy but a $45 charge, Room was clean,staff very helpful, bar had everything you need and good food, The only complaint was the mattress needs to be replaced in our room 611. Could feel the springs in the mattress.
