There is nothing inviting about the place. There is one handicap parking place and the luggage carts were falling apart and at the far end of the building.

This place was ok. It is close to Spirit Mountain and close to the south end of the Superior Hiking Trail. The bed was pretty comfy and We slept well after hiking.

I really don't like giving low ratings but our room was not clean. The tub had long hairs in it. There was no toilet paper on the roll when we got in. There was hair on the back of the toilet with what looked like a new roll. Open the new roll to find it. Had purple cleaner all over it. The sink area was not wiped off. There was dust everywhere. There was multiple dirty rolled up socks and food in the refrigerator. The housekeeping supervisor was very apologetic and helpful and I do appreciate that.

The challenge with hotels like this is that they market themselves as budget-friendly, yet raise prices significantly during local events—resulting in five-star rates for two-star accommodations. At a value hotel, I can usually overlook minor issues like missing towels or soap, or areas missed during cleaning. I also understand that daily housekeeping might not be standard. However, when the price matches that of a premium hotel, the expectation for service and cleanliness naturally rises. Paying luxury rates for subpar service is disappointing and leaves a negative impression.

Room was dirty, bugs in the sink, coffee bag left on the pit. Guy at check in was surprised out room was already ready at 530 pm. Also front desk said for multiple days, they we too short staffed to clean rooms in between. Definitely not the best stay we have had . Parking lot in really rough shape, deep holes that can wreck your vehicle if your not paying attention. We won't be coming back to this hotel

Not recommended, will not return. Bathroom exhaust fan rattled. Room was clean, Bathroom had tons of calk around Tub/shower. No room service as they were short staffed. Requested change for soda machine. They don't do cash,at hotel desk only debit or credit. Vending machines don't do debit or credit, cash only. Room key couldn't access customer laundry. On departure requested reseat. Was told I should print out reservation from online
