Lovely time at Canal Park on this mini-vacation. Staff were excellent. Clean, friendly environment and walkable to Canal Park shops and restaurants.

Pool area was so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t stay more than 5 min. Our eyes were burning for 30 minutes after we left the area. Check in desk gal was helping us then stopped half way through to help someone who was switching rooms when she showed up after us. Only reason for 4 stars overall was due to check in process.

Pool room was at 65 degrees and freezing. Hottub was broken. There was duct tape on the floor by the bed.. and floor was obviously not vacuumed for quite some time. There were black hairs in my bed under the comforter and top sheet (I am blonde). Staff were friendly, otherwise clean and breakfast was warm and tasty.

The room was nice. Staff was courteous. However, the breakfast was a big disappointment. The quality and variety of the food wasn't there and the hashbrowns were cold.
