Lovely time at Canal Park on this mini-vacation. Staff were excellent. Clean, friendly environment and walkable to Canal Park shops and restaurants.

Pool area was so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t stay more than 5 min. Our eyes were burning for 30 minutes after we left the area. Check in desk gal was helping us then stopped half way through to help someone who was switching rooms when she showed up after us. Only reason for 4 stars overall was due to check in process.

We were able to check in very easily and before 4 o’clock, which was nice. The hotel is very quiet and surrounded by a beautiful area. The hot breakfast in the morning is fantastic.

Absolutely lovely!!

Staff greeted us with big smiles and were so friendly. The whole place was clean and welcoming. Our room was quiet and comfortable. We were right by the elevator but heard no extra noise! The fitness center was well stocked and clean! Unfortunately the hot tub was closed for maintenance but we managed to warm up by the fire pit outside instead. The shower tub was quite deep/tall, so something to note if you have height and/or mobility concerns. The hot breakfast was a great way to start a day of hiking and sight seeing! Will definitely be back again!

No major complaints. The beds are pretty hard. My main complaint would be the fact that the hottub has been closed for maintenance the 3 times we’ve stayed at this hotel, and that’s one of our main reasons for choosing which hotel we stay at. So we probably won’t try this one again.
