Lovely time at Canal Park on this mini-vacation. Staff were excellent. Clean, friendly environment and walkable to Canal Park shops and restaurants.

Pool area was so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t stay more than 5 min. Our eyes were burning for 30 minutes after we left the area. Check in desk gal was helping us then stopped half way through to help someone who was switching rooms when she showed up after us. Only reason for 4 stars overall was due to check in process.

Fantastic location with great lake views and lots of sightseeing walking distance away. The best complimentary breakfast we've ever had. Really nice pool and hot tub and a beautiful lobby with lots of space to lounge around.
