Pool area was so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t stay more than 5 min. Our eyes were burning for 30 minutes after we left the area. Check in desk gal was helping us then stopped half way through to help someone who was switching rooms when she showed up after us. Only reason for 4 stars overall was due to check in process.

Our window was supposed to have a lake view but the window needed replacing because it was fogged as it was bad. Otherwise the stay was very nice. Loved the fire pit and patio

The facility its self is very nice. Breakfast was very good and above average for a hotel. The location in Canal Park is great and many attractions are in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
