Our room was very spacious and clean. The decor was minimalistic, which made it feel very cold and impersonal. The room was sparsely furnished considering its large size. It would’ve been nice to have more seating or a small table. Just not my style.

Stay elsewhere. They charge a small fortune to stay at this place and when we got to our room, it was dirty. We had to have the front desk send housekeeping up due to human hair and food crumbs all over our floor. They also couldn't give us the room at 3pm (check in time) in accordance with what we paid for yet wouldn't offer us any money back or a same-sized room. These places want their money and they won't do anything to make it right with you when they don't honor their agreement. Front desk staff argued with me while I was advocating for my family. This was a bad experience all around. Noisy rooms and low-rent, down-trodden community area as well. We won't be back.

When I checked in, I walked up to the desk and said “Hello” with a smile. The Front desk gentleman said “last name?”. I said again “Hi” with a smile. He said “last name?” in a frustrated tone. When I got My key and went to the room, there were two used/dirty towels in the bathroom. A washcloth in the shower and a hand towel on the vanity. Otherwise it was a nice room.

Clean rooms good breakfast. Second time staying here. Stayed for 2 days and it was great! We came back because it was clean and safe. Lots of activities in the lobby and pretty good breakfast!
