Paid for two nights through Expedia was asked for a credit card for incidentals. Was charged an additional night after I had already checked out on my credit card. Called several times for a refund and kept getting told only the manager can do refunds. Attempted several calls and conveniently the manager is never there. Finally gave up

The place is discussing, the room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. The outside door had no lock so all these homeless people kept walking in when we went to the front desk and said all that she said oh there’s no maintenance there’s nothing we can do and our manager is not here till Monday so call Monday if you have any complaints on top of it you guys advertise that there’s a breakfast in the hotel there’s no breakfast there’s no weight room like it says on the site I would like my full refund.

room has worst floor ever - seemed like contact paper was rolled out over it; it seemed ill-kept. there was a weird Bible verse written on a post-it note stuck on the door; the door was shaky; there was a VERY NOISY party across the hall all night long with folks knocking on our door...when i complained to front desk i was told, 'i'm sorry' - it lacked upkeep in general... one dresser drawer missing drawer handle - would never recommend or stay there again
