Everything was perfect besides our shower. It had a leak so we couldn’t get it to stop dripping but other than that, it was a perfect stay.

The executive suite is larger than expected. Room is exactly as pictured except there's more room to move around. First floor has a separated balcony space right off the living room which was not expected. The only downside was being next to the staircase to the 2nd floor rooms. Thankfully it's only 2 rooms per staircase so you only heard them running up and down stairs a few times a day, and you can hear every step they take in the room above you. Again, very grateful it was only a couple of adults and not small children running all day. Eventually we just blocked out the noise of them walking since we couldn't hear anything else. No Tv's or conversations above or next too. Very clean and quiet other than the walking, quiet neighborhood, very personable and helpful staff when we checked in. New the area and was able to recommend restaurants in duluth and superior areas.

The view was amazing! The shops were near by and fun to walk thru! Staff was a little weird i asked for a late check out and the housekeeping guy sat outside the door from regular check out time until i left.

Lovely views of the canal and bridge and a short walk across the bridge to bars and restaurants. Always very welcoming and the breakfast has some very good options. Coffee , water and cookies are always available!

Such a nice little get away spot in the heart of Duluth. It is surprisingly peaceful and quiet for being so close to the action. Within walking distance to many of Duluth's biggest attractions. The ships coming through the canal really make this a special location.

The location was perfect. We were able to view the Bentleyville lights from across the bay. Walked to get our continental breakfast in the morning & watch the bay from our room. Short walk over the lift bridge to Canal Park, highly recommend.
