Welcome to Alder House!

Surrounded by world-class wineries, gourmet eateries, and beautiful vineyard estates, Alder House offers the perfect home base for your Willamette Valley getaway. Nestled in the rolling hills of Dundee, this charming and cozy three-bedroom home blends comfort, style, and convenience, ideal for families or couples seeking a memorable wine country retreat.

Set on a single main level, Alder House features bright, welcoming spaces throughout. The spacious living room invites you to relax with a good book or gather around the SmartTV for a cozy movie night. A gas fireplace in both the living area and lounge off the kitchen ensures warmth and comfort on cool evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both casual and inspired cooking, with updated appliances, quartz countertops, and unique counter height windows overlooking the deck and backyard, which feature more than 500 tea plants that were planted in spring 2023. Brew a fresh cup of locally roasted Caravan Coffee each morning, or pair a glass of wine with an appetizer plate as you unwind after a day of exploring. The dining area seats up to six guests, perfect for shared meals and conversation.

Step outside to the spacious deck and enjoy wonderful valley views. With outdoor dining for six and a new BBQ grill, this is the perfect spot for alfresco dinners and sunsets over the vineyards.

When it is time to rest, the home's three bedrooms promise peaceful sleep for up to six guests. The primary suite features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer plush queen beds and share a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Luxurious amenities and fluffy towels complete the experience.

Alder House is located just minutes from downtown Dundee, home to acclaimed restaurants such as Trellis Wine Bar & Kitchen, Red Hills Market, The Dundee Bistro, and Tina's. Taste Oregon's finest wines at nearby tasting rooms, including Argyle, Dobbes, Alit, and Fox Farm Vineyards, or take a scenic drive to explore more than 700 wineries across the region. The house is so cute and in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to the Red Farm market, which they have great pizza and coffee ☺️. And a very nice trail close by and along the wineries.

Great House and Great Location!

The house was very clean and well equipped with a bunch of kitchen items. The property is in a great location and very close to many wineries and a nice park. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck which over looks a very cute little tea garden. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alder house. The house was absolutely spotlessly clean, well furnished, well stocked (kitchen and bathrooms) and a wonderful place to stay while exploring the area. We were within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and a short drive to many wineries. We would happily rent this house again if we are ever visiting this area in the future.

The property was very welcoming, spacious, well appointed, very clean and ideal proximity to wineries and restaurant's. The property owner grows tea in the back and it was very interesting to learn about that crop. He is very knowledgeable about the area and offered numerous suggestions. Fabulous House

Fantastic house with all the amenities.Our small group loved this house and it was perfect for our long weekend in wine country. We cooked in every night and the house was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Wonderful people to work with and the location was perfect. We would certainly stay again.
