"Rooms was clean. The carpet was old and seemed dirty in the 2 bedroom suite. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was super helpful. Awesome location, it is connected to the Robinsons galleria, where you can do everything from shopping and groceries. Also near Greenhills and mega mall. Downside was the drive from the NAIA airport. Took 4 hrs in traffic, for a 8 mile distance. If you stay there do not travel between 4-9pm. Otherwise you will be stuck in traffic for that long."

"Overall the experience was good primarily due to the helpful staff. I did have issue with the wifi in the first room I was assigned. Staff moved me to another room with a better connection. The gym AC was not working well so getting a good workout in was next to impossible."

"The promo rate we had was great. Staff were friendly. We just hope that the hotel can find a way to improve the smell of the place, not bad but also not that welcoming for a hotel especially within the elevator area which smelled lime a bathroom deodorant. It will surely elevate the hotel experience of guests."
