"The room layout and mountain/city view was wonderful, one of the best and most unique hotels I've been to. My fiancé and I were treated with a lovely velvety birthday cake in my honor 💖 I love the meticulous care and attention of the staff, especially the cleaners who replenish the supplies of our room, even asking us if we need more of the complimentary water bottles. The front desk is outstanding – we even bought one of the Philippine Eagle stuffed toys that go to the charity foundation. The Spa ladies are terrific. Some cons (but not really cons): -We don't mind that the safe in the room has seen better days; it's totally understandable about the wear and tear of the safe and the corner window's handle as well. We believe the friendliness and the promptness of the staff made up for that. -The restaurant Cucina is higher end – make sure to dress smart casual as the clientele are mostly business and luxury expats. The Cucina staff are considerate and friendly, particularly the younger staff who are more attentive and always have a genuine smile on their face. (Truly appreciate that, especially in the morning!) The senior head waiter who shows up earlier could use some good bedside manners/"smiling training" as he seems more austere and not as friendly as his fellow servers. Regardless, my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay and 99% of the Marco Polo hotel staff were amazing. The Vu bar is stellar. We plan to choose this hotel again in the near future. 4.5 stars rounded to 5."

"I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The main reason I chose it was the convenient location, and it did not disappoint. Having a shopping mall directly attached to the hotel is a huge advantage. The mall is large enough to be lively and well-stocked, but not so large that it feels overcrowded or chaotic. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast buffet staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely positive attitude completely changed how I experienced the hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. It wasn’t just one person — it was all of them. Because of them, this stay felt noticeably different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I think of this hotel now, I immediately think of that team and their energy. Many thanks to the breakfast staff for making the stay memorable.❤️ "

"We requested the room 2 days prior to our stay not to put any fragrance but still did not happen. Maybe next time they can communicate to the room cleaning supervisor the request, so it won't happen again. I have allergy that affects me the whole night. The supervisor said that the cleaner vacuum it with the powder the night before we used it because they are not aware. This could have been prevented if there was a good communication with the front desk and the supervisor. Otherwise, everything is good and staff are very friendly that's why I gave a 5-star rating as I have been utilizing this hotel every time I go home."

"All staff from security at the door up to executive lounge breakfast room were courteous and friendly. Just need exterminator for baby ants, bugs & small cockroach! Also internet is very slow ! Otherwise had a great stay 👍👏"
