Just overnight

Just needed a room for the night, and this was fit for purpose. The bed was softer than I would usually choose, but was comfortable. The room had the basic facilities we needed for a late night arrival and next day departure - it was quiet, good bathroom and just enough space for 2 large suitcases. The staff were great - they were friendly and helpful.

Tazmin , the duty manager very sweet. She gave us recommendations for restaurants while visiting the area. The hotel is hard to find using The car GPS, so don't give up - if you see the name on the building, just drive towards it. Weird....

The hotel was clean and generally quiet despite its location near the airport. It is convenient for travellers with early departures or late arrivals. We found out on arrival that there was a dog show at the exhibition space nearby and that numerous dog owners and their show dogs were staying in the hotel but that they were well-behaved. I did not feel this was true. One evening, a dog barked almost nonstop for two hours. Several people brought their dogs into the dining area and one fed his dog from the table, even placing the dog dish on the table. I was not impressed.

Good airport hotel

Check in reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pleasant but possibly needs a bit refreshing ie wallpaper coming of the wall and the swivel chair in the room was needed a good clean. Breakfast was overall good but really lacking in fresh fruit. Overall a good stay for the easyness for getting to the airport.

Excellent service, everyone greeted you and made you feel extremely welcome.. The only setback is the door slamming..House keeping would start their day but the open and closing of doors was very loud.. Too early, and it is something to consider, as other's are sleeping. But everything else top notch!! Highly recommended.
