The room was okay and the bed comfy but the sheets were dirty and we had to have them changed. The sofa was filthy. Walls paper thin. You hear everything. Horrible WiFi. Restaurant food was good but we waited an hour and a half for our order. Staff kind and nice.

The room was lovely and spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a choice of pillows. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. They had both vegan and gluten free options, though I wish some of them were one in the same. I had a very lovely stay.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Bathroom was nice and clean although there was what looked like stains from old sick which wasn’t cleaned properly just outside our bathroom door on the carpet along side the skirtings. Breakfast was ok plenty of food available depending on what you’re looking for. For a quick stop over it was ok. Shuttle service to and from airport was perfect without having to wait excessively either.

I was assign to an accessible ground floor room facing the parking lot with noisy all night long from the airport shuttle bus. Also the bathroom had a weird boost pump system to the shower drain. There is a lack of information on the reservation regarding where to take the shuttle service which made me to take an Uber even though the property is pretty close to the terminal. Keep in mind the shuttle service is not complimentary and you pay by person.

I drink strictly beer and they had very little variety. Breakfast started at 0400 but nothing hot came out till 0630, at which time we were getting in the shuttle. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Very close to the airport, new facility, friendly staff. Elevator wasn’t working the morning we left. That wasn’t good since we had very heavy bags.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night ahead of an early morning flight from Edinburgh. We walked from the airport terminal bus stop to the hotel in just under 15 minutes. The reception staff were excellent, explaining everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. We were able to get a continental breakfast before check out and a shuttle bus to the airport for just £2.50. All in all, we have no complaints and would use the hotel again. Thanks.

Room was okay. Entire property needs a facelift. Luggage rack in room was broken. Serious management problem in dining room. Food order delayed. Inquired with staff. Concern dismissed out of hand. Took more than an hour for dinner order to arrive.
