Rooms had everything we needed but were on the tattier side, paintwork wise. Beds comfortable, seating areas not so and lounge seating had stain marks. TVs didn't work but we enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating, we loved the central location and wouldn't deter anyone from staying as the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

Check in was delayed due to Dickens in cleaning team. Staff was nice. Kitchen was Good, we had everything we needed. Bathroom floor was broken, but it did not matter. Shower was really difficult to make the water in a nice temperature - it shifted between Cold and very hot. There was a Strange noise every night, sounded like a very Big drop of water Hitting metal? Well it did rain, but I couldnt sleep for the sound. Check out was easy and fast.

Very nice location. It walkable to the downtown area where there are shops and restaurants. The space in the studio was nice. Only thing about the studio is that there wasn’t stable hot water when showering. The water would be hot for one minute then turn very cold.
